How to Measure & Find Your Perfect Fit
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, across the nipple line. Keep the tape parallel to the floor. Wear a non-padded bra.
Measure directly under your bust where a bra band would sit. Keep the tape snug and level.
Find your natural waist —the narrowest point of your torso, just above your belly button. Bend sideways; the crease that forms is your natural waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your lower abdomen, approximately 2-3 inches below your belly button.
Stand with feet together. Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, typically 7-9 inches below your natural waist.
Start at the top of your shoulder. Run the tape down the front, over the bust, to your crotch. Critical for bodysuits.
Measure around the widest part of your upper thigh, just below the buttocks. For full body shapers and leggings.

A consumer size chart is only the final presentation. Brands also need garment measurements, tolerances, stretch and recovery targets, compression intent, torso-length checks, and graded fit approval across the planned size range. Testing only one base size can hide rolling, digging, coverage, and support problems.
