2. Products and Services

HB Shaper provides OEM/ODM shapewear manufacturing services. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces applies.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Custom payment terms may be arranged for established partnerships.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of HB Shaper and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom designs developed for clients remain the client's intellectual property under OEM agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

HB Shaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
